The setting up of stands has to be done the afternoon before the date of the event, from 14,30 to 18,00 o’clock, while the setting down at the end of the event, till 21,00 o’clock.

with mention to the congress they are addressed to.
You can reach the main entrance with a van you have to remove after the unloading.
Every exhibitor has got a 3,50 m X 2,50 m space; you will find your booked area the day of arrival.
The Congress Centre provides you with a table with a blue tablecloth and two chairs.
You have at your disposal a plug (we suggest you to bring a 4 m extension).
On request we can offer you also technical services and facilities
(more chairs and tables, panels, screens, projectors, PC, web connection…)
